how you do it. We got the first snow of the season and it was in the mid to high 20s today (in Fayetteville, AR) and I could barely tolerate it.

Makes a big difference.

The mosquitos in Winnipeg during the summer are usually so bad that people look forward to the freezing cold. Okay, that is only partially true.

I do have a friend here who moved from a small town in Southern Ontario. He likes our winters because, with the low humidity, it is easier to get and stay warm. People here call it a dry cold.
