PITTSBURGH PA - JANUARY 23: Ben Roethlisberger #7 of the Pittsburgh Steelers talks to head coach Mike Tomlin (L) and Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians (R) during their 2011 AFC Championship game against the New York Jets at Heinz Field on January 23 2011 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. According to Jason La Canfora of NFL.com, the Pittsbugh Steelers have re-signed Bruce Arians to be the team's offensive coordinator in 2011. Like defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau, Arians will also sign a one-year deal for next season. The news doesn't come as too big of a surprise to me, as I believed that the organization would opt for continuity amongst the coaching ranks at this particular time. The news may be disappointing to some fans who have grown frustrated with Arians' play-calling the past four seasons, but the bottom line is Arians' offenses have been plenty productive. More on the news this weekend, but for now, let's hear your thoughts on the reported transaction.
