The owners are very short sighted.  They would rather have a federal judge order them to open their books than voluntarily open them up where they may have some control.  Wonder what they are hiding? Wonder which owner is worried about the tax evasion charges or other financial crimes they may have committed?

It does not look good.  My guess is we are in for a long fight.  If the Rooneys-Maras etc could not convince the rest of the gang to get reasonable, nobody can. 

The season will be cancelled.
