ESPN's Chris Mortensen says the Steelers have invited him to meet with Tomlin at the end of the week. The asking price for Plax is said to be 2-years for $10 million.

Not sure if we could find the Cap space

I would like him back if we were a team struggling to get to the 99% of cap spent mark, but some other team will offer him more playing time, and more money. A one year deal for 1.5 mil I would do though. He could showcase his skills with a winner, and help his rep.

Asking price

Is too high. Definitely too high for us, maybe too high in general

I’m guessing Tomlin gives him his best sales pitch, and then the Steelers make an offer for less money. If in the end, he signs with Pittsburgh, then Tomlin could sell ice to an eskimo

5 million

Drew Rosenhaus must be a stand up comedian during the off season. That is completely insane to even consider.

We pay Ward less than what Plax is asking for

What kind of bizarre dream would make him expect to get close to $10 million over 2 years?
