Dodged a huge bullet with the low it to Ben yesterday. Thank You Lord for getting us past that one.
Props given to Tomlin and Co for laying it down to the Seahawks yesterday. That's exactly what everyone anticipated, but anticipation is not performance & the men performed.
What is starting to make me a bit uncomforatible however is the lack of pass rush from our OLB's. I'm not sure if anyone else is feeling the same, but it's not there yet. Silverback is not hitting per usual (understood w/ two back surgeries), but Wood has not been making his presence consistently felt on the left side. Does he need Harrison @ 100% to collapse the offense strong side?
The Diesel's post game comments that against Seattle we were typically only rushing the dlinemen makes me feel a little bit better, but what from I recall for the most part Wood was rushing (often double teamed) and getting blocked. James obvioulsy need time to get back to 100. He'll get there quicker if the other side can beat some double teams.
Better football minds than me run this organization, but I hope the either I'm wrong or they LIGHT A FIRE UNDER WOODLEY'S AZZ.
Let's get it !!!
