Call it what you will , but the Steelers currently cannot run block or pass block . Thats the cold hard reality . If this team doesnt do something and do it fairly quickly , 2011 is going to be a season of what might have been . Jonathan Scott at left tackle is a joke . He has no foot speed and can easily be bull rushed to the point hes literally falling on his own quarterback . On the opposite side Marcus Gilbert may be a quality right tackle down the road , but at the present time hes not and its not his fault . Hes young and it takes time . The revolving door at right guard with Legursky , Ramoan Foster and Trai Essex is a train wreck at best . You have a 100 million dollar quarterback thats literally running for his life with every snap of the ball because his protection is no where to be found . This team needs to open the checkbook and get Max Starks and Flozell Adams back on the roster . Release Jonathan Scott outright and put Max Starks back at the left tackle spot . On the other side , let Marcus Gilbert learn from a seasoned veteran in Flozel Adams and plug him in at right tackle . At right guard , just pick one , period !  Either Foster , Legursky or Essex . At the end of the day , theres still time to fix this problem , however if you continue to wait youre starting quarterback is going to standing on the sideline unable to play because of injury and 2011 is going to be , what might have been .
