BTSC Week 3 Game Ball Goes To....

Stay connected for news and updates

Like we'll be doing each week here on Behind the Steel Curtain, it's time to hand out the game ball to the Pittsburgh Steelers player who had the biggest impact on last week's game. The Steelers are now 2-1 after their 23-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Contenders for the Week 3 game ball would have to include:

Very tempting to give Troy Polamalu the nod for the second consecutive week, but I'm going to go with the teammate of his who was responsible for forcing the fumble that he scooped up on one hop and took into the endzone for a 20-13 lead in the fourth quarter. That teammate, of course, would be James Harrison. Deebo was very sound against the run, particularly in the first half. And though he wasn't in the face of Kerry Collins and Curtis Painter all night, he looked a bit stronger and more explosive than he did in Weeks 1 and 2. That's a great, great sign for the Steelers' defense.
