Corbin Bryant, Trevis Turner, John Clay To Sign With Steelers Practice Squad

Corbin Bryant, an undrafted rookie DT from Northwestern, Trevis Turner, an undrafted rookie OT from Abeline Christian, and John Clay, an undrafted RB from Wisconsin, will be signed to the Steelers 2011 Practice Squad.

Bryant initially was going to sign with Chicago, but failed his physical (knee injury). He ended up in Pittsburgh, but was among their initial cuts. The Northwestern product had met with the Steelers prior to the draft, and impressive workout numbers led to his initial tryout.

Turner, a mammoth offensive tackle, was a First Team Little All-America selection in 2010.

Clay, from Wisconsin, declared early for the draft, only to go unselected, and signed with the Steelers in July.
