Baltimore at New England First Half Open Thread

We may not be happy about the Steelers not playing in the game, but we all know if the Steelers aren't playing in the game, this is the most compelling AFC Championship match-up possible.

The Patriots, former tormentors of the Steelers and the team accused of cheating its way to an AFC title in 2004 take on the hated Ravens, one half of the best rivalry in all of sports.

It's high drama, however you slice it. We won't be happy with either team winning, but there's not much that can be done about it now. A natural disaster seems a bit too much to ask for, and it's a good bet one of these two teams will be going to Indianapolis in two weeks. Yes, I shudder at the thought.

As it is, it makes for great football, so lock in to BTSC with your favorite beverage and/or food item, I'll be here throughout, so let's talk the game, or the draft or even your thoughts on Sunday afternoon laziness.

My hope is Pats by 40

I'm not rooting for either

I’m having fun going back and forth evenly hating both teams, hoping for a non-painful non-career threatening injury that hurts each teams chances going forward.

Then I’m going to root for the NFC to annihilate whoever wins today.

But I can’t bear watching Flacco advance and become “elite” by proxy. Or Ray Lewis make a Suoer Bowl and hear and see his guilty mug for 2 weeks. Vomiting now.

Awesome.

This game is worst case scenario for me

We can’t root for either one, we damn sure can’t root for the niners either…all we have is the Giants and that sucks too. I wish both teams could lose today and the giants just take the lombardi quietly, or the lockout comes back and nobody wins haha
