I just found that St. Louis RB Steven Jackson was allowed by the Rams to void his final year of contract, so he will be a FA next season.

Now he is not young, but at 30 i believe he is much better back that any of the RB in our roster. he have 7 1000+ yards seasons out of 9. He maybe share the load with Redman and Mendenhall and we can have a good back tandem there. I can imagine a power formation with him and redman pounding the ground to the end zone.

And i believe we could get him in a middle range salary. maybe 3 or 4 millions. tat i believe its a good thing for a back of his pedigree. And besides i don't see any other RB FA like him next year.
