Steelers running back Jonathan Dwyer has been placed at the top of the Steelers' depth chart.

In wake of the group's fumble-ridden performance against Cleveland in Week 12, it's not entirely clear whether that's a compliment. What's for certain, though, is Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is looking to break the idea of rotating backs throughout games.

"Dwyer is the most productive of the group," Tomlin said. "The other guys will supplement him."

Neither production nor supplementation existed for the Steelers running game in Week 12. They had 20 carries for 49 yards, and the running backs fumbled six times, losing four of them in the loss. As a team, the Steelers fumbled eight timess, losing five of them, to go along with three interceptions.

Tomlin mentioned RB Chris Rainey, who appeared to be hurt at the end of the game against Cleveland, was "just looking for some comfort," after he fumbled for the second time in the game. He scored the Steelers' lone offensive touchdown while rushing for 17 yards.
