Roger Gooddell recently address the media concerning Ryan Clark's vicious blow to innocent and helpless receiver Victor Cruz saying, "The flag on Clark was the correct call. Simply because the Steelers have found a way to circumvent the No Blows to the Head rule by not striking a blow to the head is no reason to not flag their behavior." Roger Goodell then read a statement from the league's chief of medicine which stated that the "chest bone is connected to some other bones that are connected to the head bone."
