Merry Christmas Steeler Nation. This game was tough but I wasnt shocked. I totally expected this. First of all as much as I hope otherwise unfortunately we are stuck with Tomlin and Ben. Teams show characteristics of their head coach. The Patriots are always thoroughly prepared and never beat themselves and disciplined. The Packers are explosive and focused under Mcarthy. Tomlin? He has his team prone to mistakes and are rarely prepared. He is a moron on game day decisions and he generally looks lost on the sideline and shows little emotion as he doesnt know whats going on. Mike Tomlin is no different than Barry Switzer or George Seifert. Guys that inherit a good situation but suck on their own. This disaster started with Tomlins handling of Todd Haleys hiring. He failed to step in and assert himself and allowed Ben to act immature and unprofessional because Arians was let go. Do you think Ben would question Coach Cowher publically?? Nope. ben isnt a mature professional like Rodgers or Brady or Brees or Peyton Manning. Which is why he will never be on their level. And about his reputation as a "franchise qb". Lets go back in time to Super Bowl 45. 2 minutes to go down by 6. What happened? Fail. Wildcard game vs Denver had ball with 1:45 and tied at 23. Did he deliver? No. Then opener vs Denver?
