This seems like a real conundrum for the Steelers and their fans. I feel this makes Wallace much more vulnerable to getting picked up by another team. I realize the Steelers salary cap issues but they are basically telling Wallace that they are not willing to pay him like a top 5 receiver next year (which the franchise tag would do). I really hope they find a way to keep this guy. If a team like New England got their hands on this guy that offense might be literally unstoppable.
