In reading some articles online, the Panthers asking price is only a third or fourth round pick. As much as I love Mendenhall, Redman, and co., I think Stewart is a really good back that could make an impact Pittsburgh. As soon as I heard that Tolbert signed with the Panthers last week, I immediately thought that Stewart would be a logical target for the Steelers to pursue. He only has one year left on his rookie deal, but I think he is someone that the Steelers should consider nonetheless. He is a lot better than drafting an unproven rookie in the third or fourth round.
What do you think?
