Messican’s 2012 El Mock Magnifico is still a month away, but here’s a very interesting prospect for the Black and Gold.
Trumaine Johnson, CB, Montana
Combine Measurables
• 6’-2", 204 lbs.
• 4.50 time in 40 yard dash.
• 33.25" long arms.
According to NFLDraftScout.com, "Tru's physical attributes make him a likely pick in the top half of the 2011 draft as a press or zone corner in the Ike Taylor mold." Except, he is a former WR with strong hands. He is a big WR, with good speed, excels in OFF coverage, and is strong in run support, i.e. the PERFECT Steeler CB. And here is the most freakiest thing about this guy….
His mothers name is LYNN STALLWORTH!!!!
He is projected to go in the 2nd round, right about where the Steelers pick at #56. Even though he does NOT fit the "Thousand Pounds in the 1st 3 Rounds" strategy, and we seem to be set at corner, there can be no denying the signs. The football Gods cannot be any clearer on this!
