2012 NFL Draft: 6th Round Open Thread

It's only April, but SteelerNation has to be really excited about its 2012 draft class.

OG David DeCastro pulling right to left, behind C Maurkice Pouncey and LG Doug Legursky to open a road for lightning-fast RB Chris Rainey is something we will see at a high rate of success in 2012.

The Steelers offense got a lot better in the last 48 hours.

Now, there may still be a player or two the Steelers are interested in enough to trade back into the 6th round, where they currently do not have a pick. They've got four 7ths, although three of them are compensatory, and cannot be traded. They'd have to dip into a pick next year, which wouldn't be likely. As it is, start keeping an eye on a few players who will be around in the 7th, as well as being there as an undrafted free agent.
