As Tommy Boy famously said, "A lot of people go to college for seven and a half years."
"Yeah, they're called doctors."
Maybe they're called Steelers quarterbacks too.
I kid, I kid...congratulations to Ben Roethlisberger, who, as Miami University tweeted, received his degree Saturday, presumably in physical education. That was his listed major on his Miami University RedHawks athletics page.
Congratulations to @steelers QB #BigBen Roethlisberger on receiving his #MiamiU degree today

The speed in which he obtained his degree was the subject of mock ridicule from his younger sister, Carlee.
Congrats to @_bigben7 for graduating 2day from Miami! I am SO proud of you big brother!!!
Roethlisberger left Miami University in 2004 and was taken by Pittsburgh with the 11th overall selection in that year's draft. Since then, he's won two Super Bowl championships with Pittsburgh, and is among the best in NFL history in terms of starting QB win percentage.
Roethlisberger went to his second Pro Bowl after this past season.
