Friday Open Thread: Lawsuits, The Simpsons and Holiday Weekends

The weekend after the Fourth of July is always awesome. Having to work that Friday, which I assume you are if you're reading this, isn't the greatest thing in the world.

I'm done a little early today, and I plan to enjoy the weekend to its fullest. Bon fires, beverages, anything else cool that starts with the letter 'B.' Bocce, maybe, or BBQ.

As the immortal Homer Simpson wrote on the invitation to his pig roast, "Come to Homer's BBBQ. The extra B is for BYOBB."

"What's that extra B for?"

"That's a typo.

That's gotta be in the top 10 of best Simpsons episodes of all time, right?

Anyway...The NFLPA filed a lawsuit against the league on behalf of the three players who are suspended but are not suing NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on his own - Scott Fujita, Will Smith and Anthony Hargrove. Maybe that's a launching point for you all. Either way, it's Friday, let's have at it.
