The Steelers defeated the Bills 19-16 in overtime in Week 12 after K Shaun Suisham hit a 41-yard field goal with 2:12 left in overtime.
Bills WR famously dropped a perfect pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick as he was wide open in the end zone the series prior to the field goal.
The Steelers got a career high 36 carries from Rashard Mendenhall, who rushed for 151 yards in the win. Mendenhall will not participate in the game tonight as he continues to rehab from a torn ACL he suffered at the end of the 2011 season.
The Steelers will play their starters through the first half, looking to move to 2-1 on the preseason.
Kickoff at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y. is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.
