Before anyone thinks Im anti Troy Polamalu , rest assured I am not . Ive loved the guy since his rookie season and no doubt , there taking bids to see who will carve his bust for Canton one day . My concern is the Steelers are heading into their third game of the season and Troy has only played in one . If this was November or December , it would be easier to swallow because injuries to players young and old are everywhere . However , this is September and our star safety is setting on the bench . This is getting to be a re-curring theme every year from Troy . Due to his all out reckless abandon style that hes played with all these years , one has to wonder if age an injuries has caught up to the 31 year old Polamalu . Personally , I hope Im wrong but one really has to wonder .
