Mocking for the Steelers

I'm a Patriots fan who lives in Pittsburgh. I've been giving the task of being the Steeler's GM for a series of mock drafts to be held on patsfans.com. I tend to watch 10 to 12 Steelers games a year (if for nothing else something to talk about with my co-workers) and I'm trying to prioritize my positional search/acquisition strategy for the Steelers. I need help on the following decisions:
1) Will Tomlin be back?
2) Will LeBeau and the 3-4 1 gap zone blitz scheme be back in 2014 and beyond.
#1 and #2 I am assuming yes, but if someone has a good argument for a negative response, I would appreciate it as it would rejigger my scheme.
3) Where are the Steelers currently talented and signed for at least 3 years, or highly likely to be signed for at least three years? X reciever, Center, RB, Mack ILB, ROLB,
4) Where are there glaring holes in 2014/2015 Z reciever (Sanders unsigned,if resigned, this goes to #3), TE #2/3, O-line depth, #2 QB, 3rd down running back, D-line, both safety positions, Buck linebacker 5) Where are there questions
CB#1 and #2, esp. in 2015 as Taylor is getting old for his position, QB of the future becomes a question as time progresses, LOLB -- does Jones develop?
6) Assuming the Steelers get a pick between #5 and #10 in the first round, is your preference to stay still or trade for more picks? For instance would you want #6 or #13 and #47?
