The amount of changes needed leads one to wonder where to even begin. First I guess it would have to start with freeing up salary cap money. The old way of building exclusively through the draft and only bringing in 2nd and 3rd tier free agents may be over. Loyalty is a caveat that has been apart of Steeler tradition forever. I do believe now that they have made some poor decisions by holding on to veterans players to long and letting young talent get away. Changes may be needed at every level from management, to coaching staff as well as players. This may be unfortunately the kind of season that was needed to bring for moves that some of us felt we're over due.
