Crazy idea/Planning for the future

It seems almost blatantly obvious that the Oakland Raiders are going to be god awful this year. They've also been talking all week about trying to trade down to accrue picks. But the GM also knows that he needs to start getting building blocks for his team to succeed. If the Raiders end up trading down with SF or Atlanta (Who have both said they want to trade up in the 1st for star talent) and get a 1st and 2nd round pick (probably more) from those teams, what would you guys think about trading out of the first with Oakland.

We'd trade our 17th pick for a pick around 60 and their first round next year. This would give Oakland 2 potential starters and whatever else they got from the 49ers or Falcons, but it would also give us a shot at a top 5 pick in 2014. The Steelers don't give up picks in return for future draft picks, but the idea of being able to draft one of the top 2 QBs or Clowney sounds ridiculously awesome. This draft is really deep so we'd still have 2 round 2 picks and all the rest of our regular picks, but 2 first round picks next year, possibly #1 overall. Oakland probably wouldn't go for this, but would you want us to try if we could?
