We've officially entered that dreaded zone of the offseason where it can be a few days between new fanposts here on BTSC. I will say, the articles posted by Neal, SteelCityRoller, Rebecca Rollet, Ivan Cole, PaVa, Anthony Defeo and others have really been some quality analysis, and I'm eating it up while I agonizingly wait for football to return. Playoff Basketball and Hockey, and first half baseball just isn't enough anymore-and the playoff sports have been really, really good. I guess you could say that when it comes to sports, I'm like this guy (WARNING: don't watch anywhere close to meal time or if you're easily queasy) , and football is my thin mint (I should really start watching Monty Python skits).
I know the idea of a theme song for the offense has been brought up before, but how bout every time the Steelers offense nears the goal-line and Le'Veon Bell is on the field, Heinz field blasts the intro to "Hell's Bells" by AC/DC? Doesn't really work if he's not on the field, or if he doesn't end up being the goal-line back, but I feel like it would be a perfect anthem ala Sandman for Mariano Rivera. It could even be expanded to third/fourth and short. I'm not sure if the coaches would like playing a song for one player-seems like they've had enough ego in the building in recent years-but boy I could get chills hearing that song play late in the 4th when it's 1st and Goal and we're trailing Baltimore by 4.
