I apologize

I feel bad that my article was taken as an insult. I am new to this so it's pretty intense when your first page gets 195 comments. It was my fault. I struggle with OCD and CMT so I can be a bit bipolar at times. I love people who love the steelers. They can be Just as hardcore as natives. Wherever they are. People translated my words as me saying that anybody that isn't in Pittsburgh is an idiot or bandwagoner. My words obviously didn't make it any easier.

What I meant to say was that people who have never been to PA are probably more likely to be fair weather( this is just obvious as they are surrounded by the colors of other teams). People in PA are more likely to be a hardcore steeler fan because they practically have it forced on them and they grow up with them because their parents grew up with them and it gets passed on. This doesn't mean I think people that aren't from PA are uneducated or that they are fair weather. They just found other ways to be hardcore. Maybe their parents came to PA. Maybe they learned about it. But many of the stories I heard from non natives talk of how they were surrounded by non steeler fans. That just makes sense. That's all I was saying. There's more broncos fans in Colorado than steeler fans. Doesn't mean there aren't true fans or that the ones that are are just bandwagoners.

When I said bandwagoner, I meant someone whose fair weather and is more likely to leave their team at any time.

Again I apologize to anyone I might have upset. I hope that all hardcore fans have the opportunity to see the steelers in person if they haven't.
