Even as the Steelers continue to flirt away in free agency, prospective draft picks are coming into Pittsburgh at an even higher rate. Steelers Digest editor Bob Labriola confirmed the Steelers met with Baylor running back Lache Seastrunk and Mississippi wide receiver Donte Moncrief Tuesday.

Fox Sports 1 reporter Alex Marvez reported the Steelers will meet with TCU cornerback Jason Verrett on April 13.

Seastrunk is an explosive open field runner who would complete one of the most talented Steelers' backfields in decades. The signing of LeGarrette Blount on a two-year deal earlier in free agency suggests the Steelers wouldn't invest a high-round pick on a running back and Seastrunk could fetch a second round selection.
Moncrief, one of several outstanding wide receivers expected to be available when the Steelers are on the clock in the second round, stands 6-foot-2 and has great acceleration off the line. He's a strong all-around athlete, and at only 21 years of age, has high upside.
Verrett is said to be the best pure cover cornerback available in this draft, but his lack of size bumps him out of consideration with the two two prospects, Oklahoma State's Justin Gilbert and Michigan State's Darqueze Dennard.
The Steelers signed Blount last well and added free agent cornerback Brice McCain Tuesday. They are meeting with free agent WR Darrius Heyward-Bey Wednesday.
