Just wanted to throw up a link to an awesome piece done by NFL Films about Charlie Batch. Focuses a lot on his charity work and really increases my respect for him even more for being able and willing to go on camera and talk about everything. I'll never forget that last game he played in, when he led the game winning drive and the Ravens were slamming him into the ground as hard as they possibly could. He just kept standing back up, limping back to the huddle, and leading the next play. It was really inspiring stuff to see him keep standing back up and fighting on and brings a bit of a tear to my eye to remember, especially when the game ended and he stood just embracing Roethlisberger. All the joy and accomplishment, mixed with the sweat and fight, can be summed up by that shot. It was a really unforgettable and inspiring game, and the person in his private life and public work that is shown in the NFL Films piece is equally as unforgettable and inspiring.
