I see this pick as a bit more dicey... depending on who is available.
Justin Gilbert (CB) if available - He's big, physical and makes splash plays on defense. He might turn out to be the best NFL caliber and size corner in the draft. If his combine goes well, he may leap up out of reach even further. I do think he'll be gone by the time we reach our 2nd rnd pick.
Kelvin Benjamin (WR) - I know everybody loves Evans but watch the tape... Benjamin always catches the ball at the highest point and away from the body... Evans might as well be a small receiver. He can gain after the catch, but we have that position filled by AB. Kelvin has the size, leaping ability and technique to handle all of the jump balls.
2nd and third choices:
La'el Collins if he's still available to help the LT spot, or Michael Sam/Chris Smith for OLB prospects.
This pick is crucial in this draft. We will more than likely receive compensatory 3rd or 4th round picks so we can't be reaching on this pick. This needs to be a solid starter.
