Steelers play selection(Empty Backfield Set)

I just wonder if the coaching staff reviews the game tape to see what plays work and just is flat out a horrible idea....The 1 package that has drove me insane for the past 3 years is their empty backfield formations...This set a lot more times then not has just flat out should be chucked.... Last week against TB, I counted 7 times they did this resulting in 3 sacks, 2 incompletions, 1 strip sack fumble(which was recovered by TB leading to their 1st score) and 2 short pass plays....This week, I counted 6... 1 pass to Heath Miller which Ben overthrew and Heath made a great grab on, 1 quick short pass to Justin Brown for a 6 yard gain, 1 incomplete, 2 sacks and 1 strip sack fumble when they were driving at Jax 13.... They just can't block it....Beachum and Gilbert get beat on the outside just about everytime, and Ben for whatever reason likes to hold the ball way to long on these plays....It's been going on for 3 years...I wonder during the film study if the coaches see it??? I know they do, but it makes me wonder why they'd call it so much....They shouldn't at all.... Also, don't know about any1 else...But are you guys sick of these bubble screens that Hailey loves so much??? Today was just bad....And why for the love of God this team is so against lining up in the I or singleback set on 1st down and just trying to run the football...The Steelers actually seem to have a running game this year.... Why not trying to stick with it an establish it on a more consistant basis and go play action off of it....I don't get why Hailey seems to hate running the ball and loves the gimmick plays.....They had the ball 1st and goal from the 4 and threw all 3 times including a WR screen to Brown on 2nd down...What exactly are Bell and Blount there for...It just drives me wild...Thank God for all things their
