That's right, the Pittsburgh Steelers - a team that everyone KNOWS builds through the draft while habitually avoiding higher price tag free agents - actually went out and proactively signed someone on the first (and most expensive) day of free agency. Clearly they coveted Mitchell, and they went out and got him.
