For my money, Marqise Lee is the only player who will be available at 15 who will be worthy of the 15th pick. Here's why:
The NFL continues to promote offense with every rule change. Defense is at a disadvantage. No defender in this draft is so complete that he dramatically increases your win/loss ratio.
Watkins is awesome, but he's gone in the top 10. Evans could be great, but he's gone too. No other receiver grades out as a 1st rounder in my book.
As deep as this draft is for WR's, I'll take Lee to outperform them all and make a run at the Offensive Rookie of the Year award, especially if he's in Black and Gold. Lee catches everything, runs routes to perfection, blocks down field, and even plays ST. If he were eligible to come out last year, no doubt he's the top receiver on the board. Injuries, lack of QB talent, and offensive play calling changes cut his production in 2013.
While all the "experts" are mocking a tall receiver because Big Ben asked for one, they are overlooking the most complete receiver in this draft. Tall receiver's are great for many things, but when your QB is 6-5 and being chased from the pocket all the time give me the smart receiver who recognizes coverages, gets open, and can catch the damn ball.
