Might as well shake things up...Trade Scenario...Just hear me out.

We all know the type of money our Pro Bowl Center Mr. Pouncey is going to command next year. Yes, he has been everything we could have hoped for in a 1st round Center for us but why not see what we can get for him? He did struggle a little bit down the stretch of 2012, but who didn't, and in the preseaon last year. We all know how 8 snaps into the 2013 season went so this is why I am proposing this trade.

He is coming off surgery and we don't know how he is going to perform. Will he be the same player? I know before last seaon he tried to add weight to his upper body and bulk up but I think that slowed him down. Through his rehabbing he is back down to a more athletic weight. Not saying that he never was unathletic or fat to begin with. He is an absolute freak. We all know the job that Velasco and Wallace did for us last season. I think they will resign Velasco after he is given the green light that he is healthy. A 3 year contract to Wallace is surprising but he deserved it. So this begs the question, why dont we trade Maurkice?

He is going to command a 9M-10M a year salary after the ridiculous offer sheet was signed by Mack in Cleveland. Is the guy deserving of it? I would say yes, he (Mack) has played every down since his rookie year. That is insane in its self. I then thought well since Meester is retiring and the Jags really want a Center and have the cash to sign one so then why not give them one? Lets be honest and reasonable. Do you seen the front office giving Maurkice that type of money next year??

Trade: Jaguars get Maurkice Pouncey, Steelers receive the Jagaurs 2014 and 2015 2nd round picks

I might say even the 2015 third round pick instead of the second. Pouncey is going to be a free agent and coming off of an injury. What say you good people of BTSC?? Just wanted to stir things up.
