So game week is finally here! The final 53 is set and the Steelers are ready to rock and roll!! I'm particularly excited to see this New Edition of Steeler football. If this isn't love, why do I feel this way? I can't stop thinking about watching these guys play. I love seeing those black and gold jerseys, those terrible towels, and chicks in Steeler gear. Excuse me for a second.
Ok I'm back. I'm ready to see Ben hit pinpoint passes, I'm ready to see our offensive line look good and open up holes for the running backs, I ready to see bell and blount light up defenses instead of L's and and the defense mature into the next iteration of great defenses in the Steelers history, and of course I can't wait to see this

I'd like to see that dance at least 15 times this year. At least.
So the first opponent in the way is the Cleveland freakin Browns. At this point beating up the Cleveland Browns is about as fair as a Ray Rice beating up Janay. Its been that brutal the last couple of years decade. And I don't condone domestic violence at all. But the browns? They deserve it. Seriously go to DPN and just mention the Steelers and see the venom spew from their finger tips. You'd might have to call spider-man afterwards. Cleveland is one of the most crappy cities in America. Sure they have the rock and roll hall of fame but then ask yourself why does that matter and what in the world that has to do with sports?
I got one question for Browns fans? Is Lebron playing tight end? No? Welp! After seeing Johnny Bench stink it up in the pre-season and then see Texas A&M destroy South Carolina last week, one has to seriously wonder if Johnny wasn't just a product of the Kevin Sumlin's system? That thought right there just sucks the life out of all the joy Cleveland fans showed when they drafted Johnny.
It was like they won the Super Bowl a game against the Steelers. Don't try to sell me on Hoyer now.
With Gordon gone, the top target for Mr. Hoyer is something called Miles Austin, who was good like 5 years ago... for one season. Ok I'll give him two good seasons. But of course they are going to run all over us with Ben Tate whos like the next Adrian Peterson. If Adrian Peterson was like an average NFL running back. Adrian Peterson has had more yards in a season than Tate has in his entire career. This offense isn't much of a threat to do anything. They don't have the offensive tools to attack our secondary and their running game isn't good enough to wear teams out on the ground.
This is the part where I actually say nice things about the Browns team.
Alex Mack and Joe Thomas are good players and you have an OK defense.
Ok, enough of that. The browns defense is good but its not good enough to be dominate. Brown owns Joe Haden and no one else in their secondary is particularly special. It will be interesting to see how Mingo progresses and if Krugar can get used to being the main pass rusher on the team. So I have no doubt we'll score on it.
I really want to see our defense step up. They had everyone dumping on them for the past two weeks after that eagles performance. I wouldn't be surprise if they came out and played like their hair was on fire. In a good way. There is really no excuse for losing to these guys at the home opener so I'm going with the Steelers getting the win this week. 24-10. Bet the house on it. But if you lose - just remember you're the dummy that listened to me.
Let's Go!!
