Steelers Nation is irate over the state of Bob Ligashesky’s special teams. While Ligashesky is probably part of the problem, Pittsburgh does have a history of erratic special teams. Steel Curtain Rising takes a look at the Steeler current and past special teams troubles.

Cool to see a Pittsburgh guy get his (second or third) chance, even with a team like Oakland. Although, Tampa and Cleveland are hardly better, I suppose.

Back-Up Linebacker Arnold Harrison was released today and Donovan Woods was promoted from the practice squad. This is the first move in Coach Tomlin's efforts to try and improve the Steelers' lackluster special teams play.
