Sometimes not all news in the NFL is good news. Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker and Harrisburg, PA native Adrian Robinson has died at the age of 25.
Robinson played his college football at Temple before being picked up as a undrafted rookie free agent by the Steelers in 2012. Robinson was part of the trade with the Philadelphia Eagles for RB Felix Jones, and after his tenure with the Eagles spent time with both the San Diego Chargers and Denver Broncos. He had most recently signed a contract to play with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL.
The cause of death was not released, but the following statement was placed on his sports agents Facebook page, "Adrian was a beloved father, son, brother, friend and teammate."
