The Pittsburgh Steelers are an extremely healthy football team heading into Week 3, but the Carolina Panthers can't echo that sentiment.
Their starters are hampered by injuries and, as they approach a Sunday Night Football match-up with the Steelers, several starters' availability will come down to game-time decisions.
Running back DeAngelo Williams and wide receivers Jerricho Cotchery and Jason Avant are all suffering from thigh injuries and are all listed as questionable leading up to Sunday. Williams and Avant both practiced on a limited basis Friday, but the ex-Steelers wide out Cotchery did not practice which puts his availability in jeopardy.
Running back Fozzy Whitaker is listed as doubtful while the remaining Panthers on the injury report are all listed as probable.
With players like Avant, Williams and Cotchery all cosidered questionable, be sure to follow this story leading up to game time as it will alter not only the Panthers' lineup, but also their game plan, if these starters are unable to suit up on Sunday night.
