Look at the article. I can only express that I have a mix feelings on respect and jealous.
Respect for somebody mature enough to recognize his errors and looking ahead on how to fix it, instead of blaming everybody else.
Jealous because I can only dream of Bruce Arians ever making an statement like that, how many times he confronts the media and just express that he will not make any changes to the way he manages the offensive team, and never recognizes his mistakes.
If Baltimore fires this guy, let’s bring him for next year.
