The Steeler defenders picked up where they left off in the postseason - forcing turnovers and disrupting plays. Nose tackle Casey Hampton had three tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble, while safety Troy Polamalu recorded a tackle, also forcing a fumble. Joey Porter also recorded a tackle.
The NFC defeated the AFC 23-17 in Hawaii.
