Randle El's Future in God's Hands

Free agent wide receiver and Super Bowl hero Antwaan Randle El tells the Post-Gazette that his future is in God's hands. The speedy and diversely talented wide receiver is a devout Christian, saying he puts his big decisions in God's hands, including, he says, whether or not to stay in Pittsburgh.

This, of course, reminds me of my favorite Steeler joke, in which Peyton Manning, after his death is greeted in heaven with a nice house with a Colts flag. But he sees down the row that there is a gigantic, amazingly beautiful castle that flies a Steelers flag. Manning, confused, asks why Ben Roethlisberger has gotten a better house than he has. St. Peter laughs and explains to Manning, "Son, that's GOD'S house."

So we've got that going for us...
