Quick Hits...

*People are just about split in their opinions regarding Roethlisberger's 2006 productivity following his accident.

*The NFL Rookie Symposium will be held this coming weekend in Carlsbad California.  At the conference, league officials and other industry insiders attempt to educate rookies about how to conduct themselves on and off the field.  They are given advice about financial matters, reminded they will be scrutinized more closely than they were in college, etc.  I think Santonio Holmes needs to pay awful close attention to what's said this weekend.

*Prior to the draft, we had hopes that the Steelers would select LenDale White with their first round draft choice.  We thought he'd be a perfect fit for the Steelers bruising running game, and felt confident that Bill Cowher would find a way to keep him motivated and hungry.  Alas, the Steelers went in another direction, perhaps, in part, because of White's nagging leg injuries.  White seems to be recovering nicely and hopes to be competing with Chris Brown and Travis Henry for playing time come September.

*Bengals' players can't stay out of the news. It's turning into a contest between them and the Steelers for most off-season fu%&-ups.

*Jeremy Piven is ridiculous...and funny.
