Steeler cut cornerback Colclough today

The Steelers just released Ricardo Colclough, a 2004 second-round pick, in order to make room for second year cornerback Anthony Madison. Madison was signed as a undrafted free agent out of Alabama in 2006. Madison was cut by the Steelers after training camp this year and spent some time on the Buccaneers practice squad. Colcough will live in Steelers infamy for costing the Steelers the Cincy game last year - and consequently a potential playoff spot - with a muffed punt.

Look for an upcoming Steelers' opponent to pick up Colclough for some 'insider information.' I wouldn't be surprised to see either Cincy or Cleveland head down that path.
