Quick Hits....

*Let's start with the Steelers...As Draft Day rapidly approaches, it's still difficult to pinpoint exactly how the Steelers are leaning with their first round choice. We obviously could use a versatily pass rusher who can also play some linebacker; others argue we need a cornerback; some might say we'd be best drafting a talented WR because of new offensive coordinator Bruce Arains' proclivity for multiple-WR sets. For many teams, there's little to no mystery as to who they will take on the first day. With the Steelers, that's not the case.

*Huge game for the Penguins tonight. After evening the series 1-1 on Saturday, the Pens fell 4-2 the following day. I'm still trying to figure out why they played on back-to-back days considering Game 2 was in Ottawa, and Game 3 was in the 'Burgh. Seems odd. Anyway, the Pens look to level the series tonight . Puck drops at 7:00 pm EST and will be televised on Versus--whatever the hell that is.

*When Skin Patrol at Hogs Haven is not meticulously commenting on every last bit of football related Redskins' news, he turns his focus to his other true passion: Redskins cheerleaders.

*I'm happy that Keith Olberman will be joining NBC's Sunday Night Football coverage, but I have to say I'm not sure why they need another talking head. Since Olberman is not replacing anybody, Football Night in America will now have Cris Collinsworth, Jerome Bettis, Bob Costas, Tiki Barber, and Peter King on the air. Seems a bit crowded if you ask me.

*If you find yourself going through Bill Cowher withdrawal, you can always bid on items that he has put up for auction. Read the article yourself if you'd like, but one thing struck me as odd: no part of the proceeds seem to be going to charity.
