The Steelers' Lawrence Timmons is one of three linebackers on Peter King's (@si_peterking) mid-season All-Pro team while center Maurkice Pouncey is King's selection for Offensive Rookie of the Year.  King used the following rationale for his selections of Timmons and Pouncey:

Timmons: "A tough call over Ray Lewis at inside/middle ‘backer, but Pittsburgh's fourth-year vet gets the nod-helped by his 15-tackle games in Weeks 2 and 4."

Pouncey: "The first-rounder out of Florida has solidified a shaky Pittsburgh line from Day One."
