No word from Ironpete0827 so I'm going to select in his place in the interest of keeping this thing moving. My apologies to Pete if you were planning on getting to it this evening. Next up? The one and only Johnny_S, representing the Baltimore Ravens at #25. - Michael Bean -

Editor's note: Pete was able to get me his selection this morning and it was different than what I had chosen. Thanks to him for the pick.
Well due in part to the three way trade that just took place with the eagles getting Sims from Detroit, I had to reevaluate my selection here. Having the zen like patience of an Andy Reid would be hard for myself. I would loved to have traded up and gotten Earl Thomas, who could have worked his way in as a replacement for Dawkins, but I feel the Eagles will sit back and see what falls to them in this years draft. With all the mix up going on in Philadelphia this offseason, I don't think Reid is feeling the brotherly love and wants to acquire as much depth as possible this year so they don't have to scramble to find replacement players. I think the eagles will keep rebuilding their once highly regarded defense, which I felt slipped a little the last two seasons. So my selection will have to be a little bit of a long shot who I feel would fit into Phillys quick defensive front well, and who plays like Reid would want a player to perform. Brian Price, DT, UCLA
