I'm pleased to announce that the folks at Sprint have decided to continue their sponsorship of BTSC and other SBN NFL blogs this offseason. You can expect a few more Sprint 'branded' posts over the course of the next few months. -Michael Bean-

With just three days remaining until Day 1 of the 2010 NFL Draft, speculation is rampant in Steeler Nation about which way the six time Super Bowl Champion Steelers are leaning with their draft strategy. Will the Steelers try to package some of their multitude of draft picks to move up at some point on Thursday or Friday? It's hard to fathom and probably not too likely, but might the Rooney family decide not to risk their reputation on Ben Roethlisberger and part ways with him in an attempt to avoid future embarrassment?

Of course, the team's decision to trade away star wide receiver Santonio Holmes to the New York Jets last weekend opened up a whole new set of possibilities. Will the Steelers look to add another talented playmaker on the outside in the first round? Or do they perhaps instead look to truly commit to running the ball more and not worry about having as much talent at the WR position as last year? If so, is this the year the Steelers finally add a blue chip offensive lineman?

We'll see. We're getting close.

Go Steelers!
