Steelers Week 6 Fantasy Football Advice: who to start and sit against Tennessee

In Week 5, the Steelers had mostly disappointing fantasy performances but two people stood out. One was obviously Rashard Mendenhall, who eclipsed 100 total yards and a TD. The other was the defense and special teams, who recovered two fumbles and got after Vick all game. This week, the Steelers have a much easier opponent in the Tennessee Titans and the fantasy performances should also be much better. My prediction for the game this week is that the Steelers win 38 to 10 so use that score as a basis for all the predictions.

Start Em

Ben Roethlisberger - Roethlsiberger did not havea great fantasy game last week but that was mostly on his WRs. Brown dropped a sure TD on a perfect throw and Mike Wallace dropped a possible TD. This week, I expect him to carve up the Titans defense. Projection: 320 yards passing, 3TD, 0INT

Rashard Mendenhall - Mendenhall had a monster debut including scoring the Steelers lone TD last week. This week, I expect him to build on last week's performance and play even better. Projection: 137 All Purpose Yards, 1TD

Mike Wallace - Wallace had an awful game last year but he was facing an awesome secondary. This week, he will have a much easier time. Projection: 110 Yards, 1TD

Antonio Brown - Brown had a solid game last week that could have been even better. This week he will score how he should have last week - Projection: 103 Yards, 1TD

Heath Miller - Heath, for the first time all season, did not score a touchdown last week. I don't expect that trend to continue. Projection: 61 Yards, 1TD

Steelers Defense - The defense last week was good and this week they are playing a dreadful offense. Projection: 220 yards allowed, 10 points allowed, 2INT, 1 fumble recovery, 4 sacks

Shaun Suisham - Suisham had 3 field goals and an extra point last week. If you are in a big league and need a kicker, Suisham is a solid bet. I am projecting 8 total points from him, with 5 extra points and a field goal.

Sit Em

Isaac Redman, Chris Rainey, Jonathan Dwyer, Baron Batch - None of these running backs are playable now that Mendenhall is back. Rainey is worth keeping on the roster because he can still produce without running the ball.

Emmanuel Sanders - I think you can start Sanders in a 16 team league but anything other than that, he just misses the cut this week. I think he will have about 60 yards receiving in this game.

Jerricho Cotchery - If you have Cotchery on your team, I feel bad for you. There has to be a better option available then him.
