The Steelers' 2012 schedule is out, and it includes a slew of prime time games. They will travel to Denver for Sunday Night Football in Week 1, travel to Tennessee for Thursday Night Football in Week 6, Sunday Night Football at Cincinnati in Week 7 and host Kansas City on Monday Night Football in Week 10, and conclude their prime time slate by hosting Baltimore on Sunday Night Football in Week 11.
Odd the Steelers would find themselves with two sets of back-to-back prime time games, but they're all within the AFC and against four of the conference's more storied franchises. And one against Cincinnati.
Outside of the opener, the Steelers host the Jets in the Steelers home opener in Week 2. They travel to Oakland in Week 3 before a Week 4 bye. Week 5 is at home against Philadelphia before the Week 6 showdown at Tennessee.
The Bengals host Pittsburgh in Week 7, followed by Week 8 vs. Washington and Week 9 at the Giants. Week 10 is Todd Haley's first game against the team he used to coach, and Week 11 is the classic Ravens at Steelers on Sunday Night. Those two teams each have a game (Steelers at Browns) followed by another Steelers-Ravens game, in Baltimore, in Week 13.
The last four games are vs San Diego in Week 14, at Dallas in Week 15, vs. Cincinnati in Week 16 and vs. Cleveland in Week 17.
