Everything looks set for a great night of (preseason) football. NT Casey Hampton, RBs Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman, and OLBs James Harrison and Jason Worilds.

Big game tonight for RB Baron Batch and OLB Chris Carter. Would have been a big game for LB Stevenson Sylvester too, but his torn MCL will keep him out the next three or four weeks.

A few fringe-roster receivers should probably consider this a good time to break out their best games. QB Jerrod Johnson, too. I would think Steelers coach Mike Tomlin would want to get the ball down the field a bit in the second half in order to see which guys want to step up and which ones can't.

We'll see though. Comment away, second half thread will be up, I may even scrawl out some thoughts on the current linebacker quandary as the game goes on.
