SB Nation Bloggers Mock Draft: quick run on corners, defense still dominates

Picks 10-12 have been made, and the Steelers are nearing their clock time. Check out who's left, and weigh in on who the Triangle of Authority should select in SB Nation's Bloggers Mock Draft.

Streeter Lecka

The Triangle of Authority is somewhat upset Utah defensive tackle Star Lotulelei is no longer available.

Surprised he lasted that long, but disappointed his free fall didn't last another six picks.

The SB Nation Bloggers Mock Draft presses on, with the most recent picks being filed as the days go on. With picks 10-12 having been released Tuesday, the Tennessee Titans selected Alabama CB Dee Miliner, San Diego took Lotulelei at 11 and the Dolphins made the surprise move, nabbing CB Desmond Trufant at No. 12.

The uniquely athletic wide receiver combination of Tavon Austin and Cordarrelle Patterson are still available, and the Triangle discussed both of them intensely. While we mutually favor Patterson more than Austin, we're more preparing for Patterson to be off the board before 17.

We're not entirely sold on Austin with that pick, and with LBs Alec Ogletree and Arthur Brown still available, as well as North Carolina OG Jonathan Cooper still available, we won't be afraid to bolster some depth at positions not seen as big of a need as receiver is.

We aren't sleeping on Florida State CB Xavier Rhodes, either. Falling fast, though, are Kenny Vaccaro, Sheldon Richardson and Damontre Moore.

Weigh in here with your best options for the Steelers pick at 17 in SB Nation's Bloggers Mock Draft.
